DELIVERY TIME
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Production: All our products are handcrafted & made to order, and production time varies based on item types:
- Ready to Ship items: 7 - 14 days
- Standard items: 4 weeks
- Customised items: 6 weeks
- Rush order items: 2 weeks. In some circumstances, we are able to process rush orders and handcraft your piece in 2 weeks for a small fee. Please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we have the capacity to meet your deadline. Once we confirm our availability, simply add theRush Order to your cart upon checkout to bump your order to front of the production line.

Shipping Time: time frames below are indicative only and Mademoiselle Bridal cannot be held accountable for delays during transit:
- Australian orders: 2 - 6 business days
- International orders: 1 - 3 weeks

Free delivery is offered within Australia and New Zealand for all orders A$100 or over. Orders under A$100 will be charged a flat rate of A$8.99

Free delivery is offered on all other international orders A$300 or over. Orders under A$300 will be charged a flat rate of A$20

To upgrade your shipment method to Express Post, fee below applies:

For orders under $100, upgrade to Express Post for $19.99
