RETURN POLICY - REFUND
At Mademoiselle Bridal, all our products are handcrafted and made to order, and due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time use only, all sales are final and we do not offer refund if you have simply changed your mind.
RETURN POLICY - EXCHANGE
100% Satisfaction Guarantee** - we understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer Exchange or Credit Note for Change of Mind.
**Exception: all customised orders / custom orders / rush order fees are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Initiate return via email within 3 days upon receiving the item
- Once received confirmation from our customer service team, simply post the item back to us with Signature on Delivery, and provide parcel tracking number within 3 days upon the return initiation. See our return address here.
- Ensure the item is in its original and saleable condition (i.e. the original tags are still attached, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
- Any postage charges are not refundable
- Buyer is responsible for the postage cost for the both the returned item and the new exchanged item. Buyer is responsible for lost items during the return shipping process
Items not fulfilling all the above criteria will not be eligible for an exchange / credit. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or provide you with a credit to the value of your returned item minus Restocking Fee (see below) to use in our online store.
* Credit note refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item. Once issued, credit note is valid for 12 months, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All returned exchange items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your credit note refund (e.g. Invoice amount $500, refund on credit note would be $350; restocking fee $150). There is no refund for the original shipping and handling you paid on the order. Rush order fee is also non-refundable.
Faulty, defective or wrong items
We take the greatest care with all our wedding veils, bridal accessories, headpieces and jewellery and ensure that all orders are packaged safely and shipped through reputable couriers. On the very rare occasion that the item is defective or wrong items sent, we are pleased to offer you FREE EXCHANGE for product of same or lesser value.
